We have our very own all inclusive Strength & Conditioning club at our facility called Evolve S&C.
There’s a separate membership for our Evolve club that offers access to over 20 S&C classes per week delivered by our experienced, fully qualified Coaches.
The Evolve S&C membership also includes access to the whole gym and all of the Evofit fitness classes. The S&C area is accessible in-between all classes for all members to use.
The programme involves all elements of Strength and conditioning including weightlifting, basic gymnastics, metabolic conditioning and mobility. The workouts are always varied and are designed to improve all components of fitness.
The programme focuses on improving performance and combined with a healthy nutritional plan, members will benefit from reducing body fat, improving muscle mass and overall health.
The Coaching Team
The Evolve coaching team will be there to support you every step of the way.
Each coach is very experienced and has the knowledge and qualifications to improve your performance. We don’t run large classes to ensure all members get the coaching exposure during a class that is needed to improve and learn new skills.
Weightlifting Wales Academy
Our club is also an official Weightlifting Wales Academy which means we have met all criteria to to gain this status.
We work closing with Weightlifting Wales and therefor offer a pathway for anyone to participate and learn the sport of Olympic Weightlifting.
We run in-house and Academy competitions which allow participants to compete and gain entry to national competitions.
Is it for me?
Yes, the programme is designed for everyone.
All movements can be adapted to suit each individual member so everyone gets a great workout. Our coaches will advise and coach everyone in each class and adapt or scale depending on ability, skill and fitness level.
We offer a free individual Intro for all new members. This gives new members a good opportunity to meet a coach and go through some of the fundamental movements involved. You even get a mini workout to finish off.
